Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 May 2026 — version 1.0
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WebOustaou administration service (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms.
Definitions
WebOustaou
The publisher of the Service (see Legal Notice).
Service
The WebOustaou admin web application and its features.
Account
A personal, invite-only access to the Service.
Tenant
A restaurant workspace and its content (menu, hours, closures, messages).
Content
Data and materials added to a tenant by its users.
Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are created by invitation only and reserved for professional use by authorised restaurant staff. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the restaurant you manage.
Account security
- Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access at contact@weboustaou.fr.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.
- Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or malware.
Content responsibility
You retain ownership of your Content. You are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness (for example menu information, prices, allergens and opening hours). You grant WebOustaou the limited rights needed to host and display your Content in order to provide the Service.
Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or incidents may temporarily limit availability.
Beta and no warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and may be offered on a beta or early-access basis. To the extent permitted by law, WebOustaou disclaims implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, security risk or unlawful use. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, you can ask us to export or delete your Content, subject to legal retention.
Intellectual property
WebOustaou and its licensors own all rights in the Service, excluding your Content. No rights are granted other than the right to use the Service under these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebOustaou is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of data not attributable to us, or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where WebOustaou processes end-customer data on behalf of a restaurant, a separate data processing agreement applies.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top reflect the current version. These terms are governed by French law, and the competent French courts have jurisdiction in the absence of an amicable resolution.
